Tubes and trains services affected by engineering work

During the coronavirus outbreak if you do travel you are advised to wear a face mask.

TfL says this information changes frequently. Check before you travel.

Central line

RMT STRIKE ACTION

There is planned strike action every Friday and Saturday night between 2030 and 0429 the following morning until Sunday 19 June. Central and Victoria lines could be affected. A good service is expected on the Victoria line (including Night Tube). A regular service is expected on the Central line (at least two trains per hour through central London). Check your travel if you are using these lines before 0600 on Saturday or Sundays. All other Tube lines will run their normal daytime services during these strikes, with the last Tubes in central London leaving around 01:00 and starting again at 05:30.

Northern line

Commuters Advised To Plan for Northern Line Closure
No service between Kennington and Moorgate until mid-May

London Overground

From 2230 Saturday 5 until 0930 Sunday 6 March

No service between Willesden Junction and Richmond. Use District line between Gunnersbury, Kew Gardens and Richmond. Replacement bus service R operates between Willesden Junction and Gunnersbury calling at Acton Central and South Acton (Acton Lane)

TFL RAIL

Sunday 6 March

A reduced frequency, four trains an hour, operates all day between Paddington and Hayes & Harlington. Trains will not call at Acton Main Line, West Ealing and Hanwell. On Sunday, services at 0007 0511 0541 and 0611 from Paddington to Heathrow and 0600 from Heathrow to Paddington will not operate. In addition, until 0750 Sunday, no service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway, use London Underground connections. Paddington to Reading trains are retimed all day.

Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 March

Engineering work is taking place between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction from 20:00 Saturday until approximately midday Sunday, closing some lines.

From 20:00 Saturday - midday Sunday, and from 21:00 Sunday - end of service

Southern trains will not run between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction / Milton Keynes Central.

Tickets will be accepted on London Overground services between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction.

Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 March

Queenstown Road station will be closed all weekend due to maintenance work

piccadilly line

Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 March

No service between Hammersmith and Northfields / Uxbridge. Use Metropolitan line between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge. Replacement buses operate.

PL-1: Northfields – South Ealing (eastbound only) – Ealing Broadway (for Central Line) – Ealing Common – Acton Town – Gunnersbury – Chiswick Park – Turnham Green – Stamford Brook – Ravenscourt Park – Hammersmith (for Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines). Early morning eastbound buses will extend to Victoria and late-night westbound buses will start from Victoria, calling at Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court.

PL-4: Rayners Lane (for Metropolitan Line) – South Harrow – Sudbury Hill – Sudbury Town – Alperton – Hanger Lane (for Central Line and Park Royal) – North Ealing – Ealing Common - Acton Town - Gunnersbury

District line

Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 March

No service between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway. Replacement buses operate.

PL1: Northfields – South Ealing (Eastbound only) – Ealing Broadway (for Central Line) – Ealing Common – Acton Town – Gunnersbury – Chiswick Park – Turnham Green – Stamford Brook – Ravenscourt Park – Hammersmith (for Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines)

PL4: Rayners Lane (for Metropolitan Line) – South Harrow – Sudbury Hill – Sudbury Town – Alperton – Hanger Lane (for Park Royal) – North Ealing – Ealing Common – Acton Town – Gunnersbury

Sunday 13 March

Saturday 26 March, until 1100

No service on the entire line.

Saturday 26, from 1100 and all day Sunday 27 March

No service between Edgware Road and Sloane Square (via High Street Kensington)

District line

Saturday 26 March, until 1100

No service between West Ham / Edgware Road and Wimbledon / Kensington (Olympia) / Richmond / Ealing Broadway. Use London Overground services between Richmond and Gunnersbury. Replacement buses operate.

DL3: Richmond – Kew Gardens – Gunnersbury – Chiswick Park –Turnham Green (Extrementies of the day)

DL4: Wimbledon – Hammersmith calling at Wimbledon Park, Southfields, East Putney (Putney Bridge Road), Putney Bridge.

DL5: Wimbledon – Earl’s Court calling at Putney Bridge, Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, West Brompton

Saturday 26, from 1100, and all day Sunday 27 March

No service between Sloane Square / Edgware Road and Fulham Broadway / Kensington Olympia / Barons Court. Replacement buses operate.

Service DL5: Earls Court - West Brompton - Fulham Broadway

Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 March

No service between Earls Court and Richmond / Ealing Broadway. Replacement buses operate.
