Knock on effect of late opening of Waterloo Station continues into evening rush
Rail passengers faced yet another morning of disruption this morning which is set to continue for most of the day after engineering works overran at London's Waterloo station.
Trains were unable to enter Waterloo until 7am this Friday morning (22 March). South Western Railway initially said that services to and from Waterloo, will be disrupted until at least 2pm. In the event disruption continued into the evening rush hour.
?? *UPDATE 22/03* Following earlier engineering works not being finished on time at London Waterloo ticket acceptance is in place with London Underground between London Paddington and London Waterloo, and between Richmond/Wimbledon and London Waterloo.

Passengers are advised to check if their trains are running before travelling. Ticket acceptance is in place on some other routes.
