Opening in Putney on Sunday 21st June is London’s first estate agency x café hybrid.

‘Not another estate agent’ – no, we are a full café (serving Caravan coffee!) where we would love to have you to come in and grab your morning drink and pastry (we’re the only ones this side of East Putney tube – on the corner of Keswick Road) – but – when you do need to ask anything property related, our whole experienced team will be here to answer any questions you have, in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Walking into a regular estate agency can be daunting and we will change that.  Not only do we deal with residential lettings, sales and property management, but we also have in-house experts covering mortgages, financial advice, block management and more.

We are here to serve the neighbourhood – opening on Father’s Day, all Dads can come for a free coffee on opening day, and for the first week (21st – 26th June), all coffee is £1 for everyone too.
