Organised locally in coordination with the Royal British Legion Putney branch and Wandsworth Council, the annual parade will draw community members, veterans, local leaders, and youth organizations for a solemn procession through the heart of Putney.

Schedule of Events

  • 10:40 AM: Marchers arrive outside St Mary’s Church near Putney Bridge.
  • 10:45 AM: Service of Remembrance begins at the Putney War Memorial.
  • 11:00 AM: The sounding of The Last Post, followed by the national Two-Minute Silence.
  • 11:02 AM: Wreath-laying ceremony at the memorial by local dignitaries, emergency services, and community representatives.
  • 11:15 AM: Remembrance Service inside St Mary’s Church.
