PQA Putney Principal Izzi Richardson praised Alice’s impact, saying she is “loved by all staff and students” and describing her as “a truly amazing part of the PQA family.” Alice said she was surprised and honoured to receive the award and looked forward to continuing her work with the academy and its students.
Alice’s professional growth since joining PQA has been noted by senior visitors. During a visit in April 2025, PQA’s Andy Smith described her as a “model PQA assistant,” highlighting her skill in clarifying student understanding, reframing questions and applying strong pedagogical insight.
