A BMW Isetta "bubble car", Riverside Museum, Glasgow https://flic.kr/p/TxzkDRMy father had one of these back in the early 1960s. A four wheel, RHD, model with two wheels close together at the rear, with no differential mechanism. Contrary to some stories, it did have a reverse gear as he always reversed it into our driveway because a neighbour's fence restricted the view leaving our property. (Something he always insisted I did when I was learning to drive in his Ford Anglia later in the 1960s.)
