Martine, Oakhill Court is on the corner of Oakhill Road and the Upper Richmond Road. East Putney.  Andy Summers, the Police guitarist, and his wife had a flat there in the 1980s. I didn't meet or know him but a friend of mine and his wife were in the same baby sitting group.  Apparently, the Police met there - I assume to discuss and possibly compose, I'm not sure they neighbours would appreciate a fee practice concert! It also explained why a sandwich shop opposite in Keswick Broadway,  near where I had a flat at the time, had a poster saying "Support the Police". It was about the time of them becoming famous and their first singe or so.I've been to the Handel & Hendrix Museum a couple of times, the first a special open day before the Hendrix flat was officially opened and was still an administration area (if my memory serves me correctly). On a different note, times have changed. My cousin saw Clapton at Hornsey Art College in (and has a photo to prove it), and missed a great opportunity.  In his words, there was a "black chap with fuzzy hair" hanging around at the side of the stage. Turns out that was Jimi Hendrix and, although Hendrix didn't play that evening, it was possibly an opportunity to get the first pic of the two together before Hendrix because famous. These days, I can't see anyone getting close to Clapton now - apparently recently he stopped and left a concert in Spain when someone threw a vinyl record at him? I suppose not unreasonable if there was lax security?
