Cyclist Richmond Park

Picture of a a middle aged man all over the Barnes Massive Forum and on Next Door who broke a cars wing mirror. Somebody in the park grabbed his arm to try and stop him cycling off. But he did, think the car owners want payment.

Was the car moving at the time?This happened to me once when I was sitting in traffic. The cyclist hit my inside wing mirror with great force. I was amazed he managed to stay upright but he did and cycled off through the traffic. Cost me best part of £200 and, as this was a few years ago, I'm guessing it would be alot more now.
