Poor Tracy
Just watched BBC news item on increase in universal credit for those with more than 2 kids.Single mum Tracy with 5 kids has to make difficult choices to spend her benefits on. Covered in thousands of pounds of tattoos my heart bleeds for her. She will no doubt be able to afford more tattoos now on the taxpayer.
