Thanks, a Friday sprint back from Milan was a bit franetic - I needed to be back for a Monday meeting and there were no TGV services to Paris at the weekend owing to engineering work - so it was vegan croissant at 5:30am in Milan station cafe, a vegan Indian meal around to back of the Gare du Nord at around 3pm then dinner in Pizza Express Putney at 9:30pm with a friend visiting from the US! (We had allowed several hours to get from the Gare de Lyon to the Gare du Nord to allow for late running trains, etc.)
