Cook has opened on Dover House Rd Shops, has anybody bought food from there I have looked at the leaflet, seems rather expensive. Youngsters just standing around don't see many customers.

Haven't tried this branch but we used to have another close to us and bought from there quite regularly. It can be expensive but the food was always restaurant quality — a particular favourite was the lasagne. Given how dear regular takeaways and eating out have become, Cook fills a price point between the two.

Hello Barbara,Yes, we have and the boeuf bourguinon was delicious!Cook has always been expensive but the food is excellent. If you can, try their salmon pate.... Lovely!
