Sainsbury's Wireless Headphones

Most of the staff now in shops are using the wireless Headphones so Managers can contact them on the shopfloor. Now the staff are walking around like robots. What I was thinking is are the staff receiving low doses of radiation wearing these all day, radio controlled devices. Can these not cause cancer.

Ha ha! I know what you mean, Barbara. There are times I ask them where something is and all I get is a thousand yard stare….completely blank! I guess they’re listening to some guff coming through on the headphones…’spillage on aisle 3…avoid, avoid, avoid!’

Well their look is so blank now, I'm waiting for them to start spinning round going exterminate, exterminate. Then there won't be any customers to serve.

I preferred the tannoy announcements: ‘Mike Hunt to customer services desk’ etcUp with this sort of thing!

My son is an electronics engineer said wait 20 yrs, then see who the radio waves have effected people's health.

Not arguing on the subject as I don't know. But they used to say Mobile phones could. The reason I brought the subject up was because they have them attached to their head all the time in the shop.
