Unfortunately I was too slow to get a good picture, but the white car with the black blob on top is a Waymo self driving taxi travelling north on Kingsway, Holborn, London. https://flic.kr/p/2rTvqUfThe black car behind it seemed to have some attachments that might have been equipment monitoring the Waymo's progress; just guessing that as I think it's performance in London's roads and traffic is just being trialled at the moment.
