Suella shock!

The really shocking thing about Suella defecting to Reform, as far as I am concerned, is that she didn’t do it ages ago. I could have sworn she had crossed over well before now. Anyway, next week Priti? I’d stick a tenner on it.

@DAIgnoring all your defections crap; Farage was willing to pull a few strings in the US administration to help the UK get favourable tariffs, that’s all and NF succeeded.  Little or nothing to do with Mandelson.  He was probably busy cruising for his next billionaire.

OK, a bit of an outsider ...The other possibility is an MP, but is often seen as pretty right wing compared to many Labour MPs. I'm thinking Starmer. I have just finished watching Reform’s press announcement today and Farage was asked by a journalist if there were any more defections to announce and NF said negotiations were ongoing with two ‘important’ Labour MPs.  Could be confirmed in the next few weeks …

Yes, Sue, I remember a suggestion being made by Farage and/or Tice that there was big news regarding an imminent Labour defection. I suspected they were just setting the cat amongst the pigeons, but who knows? I wouldn’t be suprised if there were some Labour MP’s who thought this was the best way to protect their seat in Parliament.I’d be a little surprised if it was Fleur, though.

You might be right about Priti, but if you remember Farage hinted last week that a big surprise will be announced on Tuesday (tomorrow).  When I saw him speaking at Reform’s press conference I thought he was alluding to a possible Labour defection.
