Yes, absolutely horrific. Initial reports suggest that the train that jumped the tracks was pretty new and recently passed an inspection. The tracks were renovated and approved only a matter of months ago, and the section of track the accident happened was straight. Spanish trains are generally excellent; clean, well maintained punctual and very good value for money; unlike trains here.Anyway, I am sure all will be revealed in due course, but right now, my thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.
