Moonpig.com

Received some Hotel Chocolate from Moonpig and a card from my son for my Birthday. I had to ring them which is impossible no phone number, the date of expiry was Jan 2026. The Chocolates were grey, I left messages, which they replied, they then wanted a picture of the box. Didn't know where you sent the picture. Gave them order Number etc, which I got from my son. But of course their on Holiday Moonpig now. Everything is so much trouble these days.

I rang hotel chocolat they are in southside shopping centre, the young lady said she couldn't deal with moonpig side, but as I have the order details sent from my son, the young lady said she would give me a box of chocolates, I just had to ask for her.

Perhaps contacting Hotel Chocolat could help?
I am aware that the transaction was done withe Moonpig, but Hotel Chocolat's reputation is being damaged too.
