Bibi and Trump make a "peace"

"Benjamin Netanyahu says the IDF ‘will remain in most of the territory’In a video statement published on his Telegram channel discussing his visit to the US, Benjamin Netanyahu said the IDF “will remain in most of the territory” as part of the plan drawn up with Trump, and that Israel did “absolutely not” agree to a Palestinian state. Netanyahu said:It was a historic visit. Instead of Hamas leading to our isolation, we turned the tables and isolated Hamas. Now the entire world, including the Arab and Muslim world, is pressuring Hamas to accept the conditions we set together with President Trump: to release all our abducted – both living and dead – while the IDF remains in most of the territory.Asked whether he had agreed to a Palestinian state during his visit, Netanyahu said:Absolutely not, and it is not written in the agreement either. But one thing we did say: we are firmly opposed to a Palestinian state. President Trump also said this; he said he understands our position. He also declared at the UN that such a move would be a huge reward for terror and a danger to the state of Israel. And of course, we will not agree to it.Israel’s far-right finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, a member of Netanyahu’s coalition government, blasted the plan as a “resounding diplomatic failure”.“In my estimation, it will also end in tears. Our children will be forced to fight in Gaza again,” he said." (Gdn today)

Mr Ixer'I will be cery pleased if President Trump's efforts bring peace to the Middle East - and Ukraine. 'How very gracious of you. However very grudging  words of praise as you seem then to go on and damn him on every other front. His peace efforts seem to have stuck in your craw.'As I said elsewhere, full marks to the UK police in dealing with the Manchester attack so expeditiously and efficiently.'Glad you support the police in dealing with Jihad Al-Shamie as decisively as they did.Do you agree with me that foreigners like him with his background and record for antisemitic comments should never have been given any right to abide in the UK ?And others like him with similar racist views should be removed and returned to countries whose religion and culture they obviously find more congenial ?And do you agree the way he was dispatched was appropriate and should be used more often in Islamic terrorist incidents that in our current seemingly, for some unknown reason, pro-Palestinian and antisemitic political climate are likely to become more prevalent ?  'Unfortunately, Trump's anti-science, anti-antifacists (=profacists?), and now threats against atheists has alienated me and many others. So much for free speech and freedom of religion ... perhaps he should still to dealing with dictators and facists who he seems to relate to?'So you think Trump is a fascist and relates to others of that ilk. What is your definition of 'a fascist' ?Would you name the others he relates to ?Was Hamas a fascist group in your mind ?And do you really think free speech and freedom of religion are under any real threat in the USA, a country whose Constitution enshrines them as inviable rights ?I think you are simple anti-American and anti-Western.
