Conert noise from Craven Cottage

On the Fulham sister site to this one, there is news that Craven Cottage plans to host concerts in June and July when the football season is quiet. I should think that would affect anyone living this side of the river  from about Lower Richmond Rd to the Embankment.

Clubs are under a huge amount of pressure to do this because of the regulations which set a ratio of how much of revenue they can spend on salaries. I'm therefore in favour of the move because it helps the club thrive which is to the benefit of us all. There should be decibel limits for these concerts but I find with matchday noise how much you hear from this side of the river seems largely determined by wind direction.

The new stadium has definitely reduced the noise of the crowd during games.It may even be a lot quieter than the events in Bishops Park.
