All-weather stealth multi-role combat aircraft?

The Hawks of the RAF Red Arrows are upgrades of an aircraft fist flown by the RAF in 1979, I believe. Strong winds and low cloud seem OK for them, although probably make for a disappointing display.

Mr Boyce'I’d say he’s petrified of photos showing his barnet flapping wildly while watching a fly by.'But they are well publicised on BBC News and MailOnline.I suspect he was more upset that Ed 'Mr Blobby' Davey, leader of the LibDems, made an outstandingly brave sacrifice for the sake of his Party's principles (whatever they are) by declining to attend the State banquet.Probably sent out for a vegan burger.Hope he mends relations with the Trump administration were he to be elected our PM.

I suspect the windy conditions are more of a concern  to Clownstick  than the RAF. I’d say he’s petrified of photos showing his barnet flapping wildly while watching a fly by.Much better to blame multi million pound fighting jets and their inability to handle blustery conditions. With all the stuff about him and Epstein and their little secrets, it’s probably not ideal to present a ruffled, chaotic, bald image to the world. A little too close for comfort perhaps.
