Mr Brigo'It's transparently obvious that you are inflating the number of Israeli civilians killed whilst as usual playing down the number of Palestinian civilians killed.'Well how many Israeli civilians were killed ?Do you dispute these figures from Wikipedia ?'The October 7 attacks were a series of coordinated armed incursions from the Gaza Strip into the Gaza envelope of southern Israel, carried out by Hamas and several other Palestinian militant groups on October 7, 2023, during the Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah. The attacks, which were the first large-scale invasion of Israeli territory since the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, initiated the ongoing Gaza war.In total, 1,195 people were killed by the attacks:736 Israeli civilians ***(including 38 children)***,79 foreign nationals, and 379 members of the security forces. 364 civilians were killed and many more wounded while attending the Nova music festival. At least 14 Israeli civilians were killed by the IDF's use of the Hannibal Directive. About 250 Israeli civilians and soldiers were taken as hostages to the Gaza Strip. Dozens of cases of rape and sexual assault reportedly occurred, but ***Hamas officials denied the involvement of their fighters***'.(sic).I have no idea how many Palestinian civilians were killed in Israel's reactive attacks on Hamas. You tell me.A regrettably large number I am sure, but then of course the brave 'freedom fighters' of Hamas that you support imbed themselves amongst the Palestinian civilian community. That's my only point.

Mr Brigo'You quoted 1270 **CIVILIANS** -  this is incorrect.'So how many Israeli adults and children were killed in the Hamas pogrom  in October 2023 ?Its transparently obvious that you are or will make the point that some of those killed were IDF soldiers and hence don't count. Unless of course they were someone's son, brother or father. While you are googling an answer to my question, can you find out how many hostages a corpses of hostages Hamas still holds ?Have you seen any report as to when they are going to release them ?Guess the problem might be that all of their 'political and military' leaders that could sanction this are dead or hiding in some dodgy Muslim statelet. BBC News'With the confirmed killing of Hamas's top military commander Mohammad Sinwar in an Israeli strike, a chapter has closed on the elite leadership group in Gaza that orchestrated the events of 7 October, 2023.Sinwar's demise follows the confirmed killings of other central figures who sat on what came to be known inside Hamas as the War Council.Sinwar, his brother Yahya, Marwan Issa and a fifth unidentified figure formed the clandestine core that decided on and directed the unprecedented assault on Israel - one which shook the region and set off the conflict still unfolding in Gaza. The War Council, sometimes also known as the Quintet Council, operated under conditions of extreme security and secrecy. The Israeli military said Mohammed Sinwar was killed last month in a strike on a tunnel underneath the compound of the European hospital in Khan Younis. The known members of the council included:Mohammed Deif - the commander of Hamas's military wing, the Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades, who is believed to have masterminded the 7 October attack. He was killed in an Israeli air strike in July 2024Yahya Sinwar - the political leader of Hamas in Gaza and its most influential decision-maker in recent years. He was killed in a firefight with Israeli troops in October 2024Mohammad Sinwar - a senior military figure and Deif's trusted lieutenant. Israel said this week that it had identified his body in Gaza following an air strike in MayMarwan Issa - Deif's deputy and a vital link between Hamas's military and political spheres. He was killed in an Israeli air strike in March 2024A fifth figure - whose identity remains unknown to the public - who was in charge of organising Hamas's security apparatus. He was targeted in assassination attempts before the war and an air strike during it, and suffered such severe injuries that he can no longer communicate or carry out any activities, according to one source'.I hope there were sufficient virgins to welcome these martyrs to the afterlife.
