I paid for some Italian tourists when I as in St James' Park not that long ago.  I think it is awful the way that toilets have been made so inaccessible - and awful the way that some are abused and vandalised.  We ought by now to have been able to come up with and to share best design solutions so that there aren't always problems with blocked loos and WHBs and no paper when you do actually find any!

Well Meadfoot in Torquay you have to pay 30p and pay by card. As I found out, went there with no money went back to get from handbag cash, only to find out it was card onlyAs I went to walk away again a man ran up the stairs from the cafe below and paid for me.
