Richmond hotel recommendation

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced or inexpensive hotel in Richmond?A relative is visiting from Canada and she wants to stay In Richmond rather than in London.Any suggestions please?

Thanks Yvonne. I managed to find the Richmond site when my cousin told me about the Ted Lasso connection.  It has a Stay  section and seems to give everything from budget to B@ B and self catering as well , so I've sent her the link. Useful one to know about though!

Hello Katrina,The only hotels that I have heard of from friends are the The Richmond Hill Hotel (by Richmond Gate) and the Bingham Hotel(on Petersham Road).  I do not think either would be classed as inexpensive but they are very good indeed. Other than that, I have only seen a newly built Travelodge very close to the centre.  There must be some pubs with rooms but I do not know of any.  Good luck!  Good luck!
