For Richard Carter
Just to let you know that poor Mr Hawkes appears to be confusing you and me (I know!). His post features the expression "word salad", which he does appear to enjoy. But it just isn't one that I have used. I mean, much of my life I have, sadly, been a salad-dodger! Anyway, his confusion seems to begin with this post and goes on in two or three others addressed to me:-"Topic: Re:Re:Re:Re:Re:Re:Re:Re:Re:Re:Israel attacks Iran Forum HomePosted by: John HawkesDate/Time: 17/06/25 13:44:00Mr AinsworthYou suggested people not read what you called my 'word salad' posts.(Very yoofish term !)'Richard CarterDate/Time: 16/06/25 15:28:00Steven, if I could offer a (no doubt) unwelcome piece of advice, I suggest you leave off pursuing this series of posts attempting to justify Israel’s attempted genocide in Gaza: there’s a real danger of your beginning to resemble the endless, repetitive word salads of that poor Hawkes, and that’s not a fate I’d recommend anyone'.So why did you not follow your own rules when posting this diatribe ?"Maybe it is some double game and he knows just what he is doing?----------------------------------"O, let me not be mad, not mad, sweet heaven! Keep me in temper: I would not be mad!"
