Does anybody else have a problem with talking to a human, not one of their phone numbers puts you onto a human, you think you are going to, then it puts you back to automated. I paid what I thought was Council Tax yesterday, after inputting all my card details, I was waiting for the reference number. Then it said card problem, but there wasn't as I rang to find out. But every phone number you ring which I tried for 20 mins this morning to find out if my Council Tax was paid for this June or wasn't, kept going to automated. So as for their phone number will be answered within 7 rings is a load of b-ll=cks.
