I've not heard of them before but Mr Google tells me there's a website of that name:https://www.local-quotes.co.uk/Does the domain correspond with that of the email sender? (www.local-notes.co.uk)?They seem to be a site to link trades people with home occupiers needing a range of work done. However, on a quick look I couldn't find any company registration details or address, or an "about" section. Perhaps someone you've done business with has shared your email address?
