It's a new relatively new act that quite rightly expects higher standards.Although local authorities would have been aware of it as it passed through parliament becoming law, on 20 July 2023, and probably a lot of the issues found would have been best practice anyway.My interactions with WBC in the last 12 months have not been positive.
