It wasn't my dish, although I did have a mouthful of the rice; from memory, I don't think it made much difference to the taste, it was more of a visual effect. The rendang, or similar, sauce covered veggies and tofu.

Hello Michael I,That looks like an interesting plate of food!I had never heard of blue butterfly pea..... Does it taste nice or did it enhance the rice?Also, what is covered with the sauce? Thank you!
