Has anyone else noted the discreetChristmas lights tastefully perched high up on the lamp-posts this year - really festive festive and seasonal and so fitting for the for the PHS of today.

If your post is code for: nondescript, cheap and easily overlooked, I would say that's a perfect description of PHS.

have the lights been cancelled?Seen brighter and better displays on a smoke alarm!

Aren't the PHS lights are the same as they've been for years now?

If I remember correctly, they'll be basically in line with the budget local businesses set for Positively Putney and the power sources available on local street lamps. I'm sure if that's incorrect someone can correct it!

I didn't actually count how many - but quite a few lamp posts do not have any Christmas lights at all. Some lamp posts have Christmas lights but are not working.Leaving a few lamp posts with Christmas lights that are so dim they may as well not have bothered!
