I'd say I'm indifferent. In 1980 when it was completed I guess it was a novelty, having a plan based on the NatWest logo. As a building, I quite like it and other buildings like the Gherkin, Cheesegrater, Shard, WalkieTalkie, etc are interesting but, I agree, I don't think they really fit into London - perhaps it would have been better to confine skyscrapers to Docklands?The one exception is the BT Tower which I do like and it had a purpose and reason for being in central London :-)
