PUTNEY WERTER ROAD

Come out of Sainsbury's today, the homeless man sitting on the floor near the cab rank is a different man, he was also there Friday, sitting with the one who always sits there. But a man walked past went back to him and gave him a long bread roll and a drink. I thought the man when I saw him Friday looked really ill. I said to the man who gave him the roll, I thought he didn't look well.  His reply was you should go up to Tottenham Court Road, there everywhere. Does nobody help these people.

It's very difficult Barbara. Some dont want help , some have had help but have had it removed through alchohol and drug abuse  , some do it for a living as we know from past beggars in Putney with the flat in Fulham.. Not sure there is an easy solution.  Just hopefully those in real need will get helped.
