PUTNEY ROADS
Putney Bridge is causing so much trouble, our road has been blocked with traffic since 6.30 this morning. The dustmen men were going to leave our road as so much traffic. Also Putney Bridge Rd, Upper Richmond Road, Lower Richmond Rd. It's been at a stand still. Even though vehicles are not meant to come into Charlewood Road they are, from 7 - 10 am. Chelverton is completely blocked, nobody can get out of the road.
