Be careful, White Hart Lane, near Medivet a lady was nearly conned by a man trying to make her pay for parking and wanted her to put her card in the machine to pay. But she was a Blue Badge holder, he said rules had changed. Anyway the lady didn't put her card in and he started getting annoyed and stormed off. Also some foreign women in Wandsworth pinching on camera. Youngsters at the shops at the Alton young men taking stuff from customers as they come out of shops. Anyway something like that, just warning.
