Bins and bags

Sorry to return to this, but is there any way of persuading the binmen not to leave emptied bins on the road? This week it was left right in the middle and was an obvious traffic hazard. Is there a rationale for this? Also, orange bags again were left languishing at our front gate until 12-30 pm. Ugly and untidy.

There is a complaints procedure on the WBS website. Maybe that's the best place to register your annoyance? I haven't found the telephone response to complaints adequate.

Alexander, black bags seem to be collected first. Then lunch time they seem to collect the orange bags, haven't seen what happens to the brown bins. Perhaps roads are different, if a side road with no traffic.
