"The more houses that they build, the more Putney house prices will drop?"The real problem with housing is that people have little trust in pension schemes which successive government continue to undermine. Hence they put their money into bricks & water.With solar farms now on prime agricultural land and building on green belt given the OK it's difficult to see how this will not end badly in the long term.The other pressure on housing which is never mentioned is the increasing number of people that prefer to live alone.
