This is very true. I’ve done my share of leafletting over the years and I have formed very strong views on letter boxes! The ones at ground level are my least favourite, also the vertical rather than horizontal ones, but most of all those with springs and flaps that seem designed to prevent anything actually getting delivered, and/or cause damage to fingers. I have the scars to prove it!As for flats with no external mailboxes, well they often simply don’t get stuff in the first place. Gaining access very a the traders doorbell doesn’t always work, some only operate in the morning (on the assumption that the postie comes early??)
