Refuse Collection - have I missed something?

we seem t have a new refuse company. that takes two days to collect refuse! ok slight exaggeration, but rubbish was collected around 10 this morning and at 1930 the recycling is still there. Have they changed the days for recycling because if so no one on our road in West Putney knows about it!

Don't know if the brown bins are a good idea or bad idea. The other half saw a rat run out of a front garden in our road lunch time. Hope they are not looking for food.

They collected our black bags at about 9.30 and the orange bags about lunch time. Don't know about what time they came for the brown bins, as nothing in them.

guess I'll have to call tomorrow. they missed the whole street. at least the other waste was taken. we haven't received our food compost caddies yet.

With the introduction of the food waste collection there seem to be some teething troubles. The first week it was introduced in East Putney they took the general waste but missed out our recycling and food waste, the second week out general waste and recycling were collected but food waste was left, after two weeks everything went! Seemed ok today, but didn't have any food waste. To be honest we have little food waste that can't go in our garden compost bin so they may  have thought there was nothing in the brown caddy ...

No, Maxine, both should be collected on the same day.I would report it to the Council and leave the recycling bags out.  They will collect tomorrow.This happened to us not long ago.
