And his stabbing Johnson in the back in the leadership competition following the Brexit referendum will go down in history, if only because he was right in how unsuitable Johnson was to be PM.I think Gove did work hard on the cladding issue although it's a pity he failed to get rid of the feudal leasehold system; too many in his own party who benefit from the inequitable system? I believe our local MP, Fleur, worked hard to push that as well and there was a lot of cross party work "under the hood" to try and get traction on it.

Mr Gove - he who said of the day after the Brexit vote something along the lines of 'we will emerge blinking into the sunlit uplands'?I think it might take a while for his association with this bunch of lemons to be forgotten
