NHS waiting lists - speaks for itself really.

I'm not even a Labour supporter but just get the Tories gone please

And in many cases there is no longer the support that there used to be for those on waiting lists.  The NHS now relies a lot on patients requesting - or saying 'yes' to be put in touch with a support group eg a charity.  This is probably more important for those who are not online and cannot find any of these for themselves - so if you know anyone in this position do ask them about it as it often reduces the stress of waiting as a problem shared is not only a problem halved but relieves the NHS staff of further work.
