I agree with the people saying OVO upset the wrong person with Victoria Coren Mitchell. She is just the sort of person needed to take on OVO Energy.
In the old days, we gave meter readings to our energy company and they sent us an easy to understand bill. When we had the misfortune to be with OVO Energy, the bills were incomprehensible and we were asked for huge amounts of money. It is hopeless dealing with their customer service, if you do actually manage to reach them. They are the worst big company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
