Yes. I know they were EVs, Barbara. We don't know why they caught fire yet. Often there are issues with new products, and if there are they need to be rectified. It must be a concern for those living next door to the bus garage, but that would also be the case if a diesel bus caught fire, which can happen. Like it or not, there will be more electric buses over the next few years (probably not as many as would be desirable). I would guess from the science I've seen the chronic, long term risks from climate change and pollution are going to be worse than the acute risk from bus fires which, thankfully, seem to have been dealt with efficiently and speedily by out fire brigades without any casualties.
