Money for Hammersmith Bridge

The City Bridge Foundation has funds in excess of  £1.5 billion - maybe they could be persuaded to look beyond "The City" to the rest of the city.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_Bridge_FoundationMaybe..............

They would need approval from the charity commission to make another move away from their original purpose.Why stop at Hammersmith? What about all the other bridges that span the Thames? But then wouldnt we be rewarding the Boroughs for their failures to maintain and set aside funds over a period of time,  whilst ienalisjng city bridge trust for their prudent management of funds and the bridges that fall under their umbrella.
