Sainsbury's

After I complained to Head Office they seem to have staff on one till in the Lunch Time, don't know about all day as only go in lunch time. The staff are saying the same complain by the e-mail at the bottom of your receipt. Even the staff are telling Management customers want staff on the tills but their not listening. There have been queues now appearing at the tills, while at the cig till the other day there were at least 7 people behind me waiting. One of the staff said I'm opening a till go to number 16. The thing is if you have youngsters or grandchildren, even if a part time job after school or weekends there wont be any. Get the tills back, this will help youngsters and also prevent so many homeless people or people struggling for money.

Allen, I know, a lady who used to be on the tills said their not taking on more staff. Werter Rd, isn't that small like on the Upper. When I was a bit Sarky and said you have somebody on the tills one of the women said I've only just come on we have no staff and the till is open because people are buying more for Christmas. I know the longstanding ones would prefer to be on the tills than standing up all the time.

I was told by a long serving staff member that they have 50% less staff than this time last year.
