What a mess we are all in - national politics

The conservative party seems to be in disarray.The labour party is rebelling.Time for a new party to be elected!

I agree, Michael, there does not appear to be an electable party yet and yes, proportional representation should be introduced but doubt it will be in the next general election.But the two-party system is not working, it is tired and the politicians involved lack vision and/or are not qualified for the responsibilities that have been assigned to them.The need for a Minister of Common Sense is laughable and truly embarrassing.

I don't think there is another party yhat is electable.  It's why  we need proportional representation?Some might say some labour MPs followed what they believed in, whether one agrees with them or if it's feasible. Not sure if that's a rebellion that will affect other areas of policy.
