Mike, I know what your saying, I pay automated for Council Tax, I just ring and pay. EDF have only just changed peoples Account No. They have tried to fit a smart meter, but are unable after spending 2 hrs trying, due to wiring going into cellar etc. I wasn't really stressed just letting other people know about account number change. Literally they have just changed. We have no problem giving the readings.
