Has the 2024 election campaign started now?

The last one is easily resolved, if he has evidence let's see it. It depends on the interpretation of "gaming". Gaming is used in the cyber security world (and in other businesses) to work out tactics to defeat win against potential opponents. If Sir Kier was using his experience and skills to coach lawyers with gaming techniques so the are better at their job I can't see anything wrong with that, provided it's also within parliamentary rules. Obviously, getting one's clients to lie in court would be illegal but I doubt that was being suggested? I didn't hear the programme so it's difficult to comment in detail.
