Taxis for the airport run

Does anyone has any experience of a reliable taxi firm for airport runs? I've used the same firm for years but a single journey from Putney to Gatwick is now £120.  It used to be closer to £60 before all the recent rises.  I'm reluctant to change as if a new firm is unreliable it will cost me more than £120 if I'm late for a flight.  Any positive experiences will be very much appreciated.

If you want the same firm all the time, Atlas Cars ans such will be roughly 80£.If you book a Bolt or Uber you're usually looking at 40-60£.Nothing beats the train for a single passenger -if it's running- 35 minutes, 20£.

I have used Roehampton Cars for a few years. An airport drop-off at Heathrow last week was £40. I have always found them reliable. They send a confirmation when you book.

Uber.. just checked and if I booked a taxi now from Putney High St to Gatwick South it would be about £55.. prices vary of course and will depend sometimes on time of day and other demand issues

Putney bridge road, 0208 789 0031.  OO Cars. It might be them you used already. I don't know how much they would charge. But the same owner has been there years.
