It is a regressive form of taxation so even more reason to make sure the utmost care should be taken when identifying those impacted.I still couldn't find details of their alleged sampling. Such information should have been used to supplement registration data not replace it! Then you get the message parroted by the Mayor and others where the word 'seen' is conveniently dropped off. Until the repeated phase becomes their truth and even questioning it becomes heresy!"The mayor's office admitted he misspoke in March when he said nine in 10 households complied."I've highlighted this before with 'cleaner' being replaced by 'clean'.The difference in numbers is huge. Having the correct numbers would normally alter decisions concerning the scrappage scheme and or the actual level of tariff.Did they discard other data to justify their slogan? This is completely unacceptable - it is not a pet food advert.
