Box junction PCN Putney high street and Norroy road

Anyone else received a PCN for this junction?  I'm about to appeal, but also noticed that the markings don't appear to comply with the traffic signs regulations - mostly with the central reservation extending into the box.  So you can be clear of obstructing the crossing traffic, but still have a bit of your car in the yellow markings - which the CCTV operators issue a PCN for.  Satellite view here: https://goo.gl/maps/h2LjfQ72WHAXH24w5It looks like the box junction markings weren't updated when the pavement works were completed which narrowed the roads crossing the High Street.

Yes I had the same. Licence to print money if you're not blocking turning or cross traffic

Yes my other half did, a month or so ago, we live in the next road so has to go that way. But it didn't really look like he was in the box, and he told them that. But a white van was in the middle of the box.  He wrote off and never heard a thing back.
