Max Hastings was always spot on when referring to BoJo.The article is about 3 years old but, my goodness, it is so incredibly up to date!!BoJo's manoeuvre "telling" MPs not to vote against the report is just a calculated move to produce articles that will damage the government and the MPs.It would be wise for BoJo to learn from Maggie Thatcher's mistake - better said experience - in nominating John Major as her successor......
