Actually yes, they are unisex, a sensible arrangement. I was influenced by Putney Odean where there’s a choice of Audrey Hepburn or Clint Eastwood!

Judy, I think most Pret loos are unisex, often because there's only one! I didn't think this was a loo but a door to a staff area (sorry, I was focusing on the artwork not the door's purpose); but this was the Pret at Victoria station and I'm not sure they have customer loos as there's public loos provided by Network Rail.
